GradStudio aimed to help educational institutions track student outcomes and career trajectories. I designed and built their homepage and marketing website to clearly communicate their vision, mission, and the value of their Outcome Tracking system.

Problem Space
Art and design students lack a unified pathway from portfolio building to graduate school and careers, relying on fragmented tools, inconsistent mentorship, and unclear standards that slow progress and dilute creative impact.
Problem Statement
How might we create a single, structured platform that helps art and design students build strong portfolios, access meaningful mentorship, and translate creative work into academic and career opportunities?
Design Schema
The platform unifies portfolio-building, mentorship, and capstone-to-career pathways in a learner-centered flow.
Portfolio Education: Milestone-based structure (research → prototyping → reflection → showcase) with thematic tracks, Miro/Figma integration, asynchronous critique, and shareable portfolio links.
Mentorship: 1:1 or small pod guidance from PhDs and professionals, focusing on intellectual rigor and aesthetic development, organized into creation (learner) and translation (professional feedback) tracks.
Capstone-to-Career: Real-world or thematic briefs culminating in public/online exhibitions, connecting projects to internships, grad programs, and professional opportunities.

We built an information architecture diagram for all these three features on the website. This architecture ensures that students move seamlessly from skill acquisition → mentorship-guided refinement → professional showcase, while providing both structured milestones and flexible exploration for creative growth.

The main features of this app suite are Portfolio Builder, Internship matching, courses, outcome analytics and opportunities for networking.

I also designed a marketing website for GradStudio that effectively communicates the brand’s vision, mission, and core value propositions to users.

This app is in active development. The full experience will be revealed at launch in January, 2026.
